Welcome to the Ajax Framework Page Wiki
Imagine your Economy Class seat being upgraded to Business Class. It's time to move your SAP NetWeaver Portal into Business Class!
There's been a lot of talk about the excellent usability features of Ajax. You may have seen SAP CRM and SAP NetWeaver Business Client using Ajax features, and with the overwhelmingly positive response for Ajax from end users, it's now time to enhance SAP NetWeaver Portal with the offerings of Ajax via the Ajax Framework Page (AFP).
AFP is globally available as of enhancement pack 2 of SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and is fully compatible with other SAP framework pages, supporting all SAP standards and platforms. AFP is now the default framework page, but you can still use the Classic Framework Page (formerly known as the Default Framework Page) if you want. But why would you want to miss out on all the great usability features that come with AFP?
