Inportant: do not change the title or link for this article as it is being referenced in a number of SMP pages and printed material
Introduction
This article aims to clear possible confusion around the 4.0 release product names. Specifically, you may come across presentations, user guides or names in products that don't seem to match with marketing or sales material.
At this time (Dec 2010) not all guides or products were changed to reflect the new naming strategy. The below information should help you navigate while we're progessively rolling out the new naming convention.

While it's good that this article reflects branding and licensing, it was primarily directed to customers who already own the solution and need support with deployment. For example in 100% of the deployment conversations 'Enterprise' or 'BI PLatform' don't reference a product bundle but the server components of the solution. Please make sure you consider both sides while making updates.
