Mobile analytics in the cloud
With SAP BusinessObjects Mobile v4.0.3 you are able to connect to SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand, powered by SAP HANA to access your important business information on the go. With the ease of deployment of BI OnDemand combined with the simplicity of Mobile, you can have analytic content available whenever you need it.
Create a Web Intelligence document, upload it to BI OnDemand, and view it instantly on your iPad. 
Get started in a few simple steps:
- Create your free BI OnDemand account here: https://bi.ondemand.com/user_registrations/new
- Create a Web Intelligence report and save the document (.wid) on your PC
- You can use your Web Intelligence XI 3.1 Rich Client - OR
- Download a trial version here: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/iade
- Log in at https://bi.ondemand.com
- Under My Stuff > Reports, select the green “ADD NEW” button, and select “Upload Reports”
- Select Web Intelligence and upload your document (.wid)
- In the Reports list, right-click the document and select “Enable Mobile Access”
- On your iPad, complete the BI OnDemand Connection settings
- Select the connection and view the document
If you don't have Web Intelligence, you can try it here (the standalone version is called "SAP Crystal Interactive Analysis"). Simply fill out the form and you can download a trial that you can use to create .wid documents.
If you are a BI OnDemand Personal or Essential user, you can upload a Web Intelligence document (.wid) and then view it in SAP BusinessObjects Mobile. Additionally, if you are a BI OnDemand Advanced user, you are also able to create new Web Intelligence documents.

- We use SSL encryption to transfer your data to our environment. SSL creates a secure connection between your browser and our server to ensure the data is uploaded securely.
- The connection between our server and your iPad is also encrypted.
- Unless you share your data or make it public, no other user has access to your data. It is private to you by default.
