Procedure:
In SAP CRM a User can Create Product by variety of means. It can be done on Web UI and it can also be done using the Transaction COMMPR01 apart from other sources. The issue comes when a user wants to delete a Product. For deletion there is no straightforward event where a user can perform such action.
Creation as done by COMMPR01 transaction is shown below.
Use Transaction SE 38 to open a Report COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_SINGLE
Execute it to check if you have the necessary authorization by providing the data (Product ID, Product Type, Logical System and Object Family).
Incase there is no authorization, go to Transaction se16 and enter the details in the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG.
Program Name should be COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_SINGLE
USER Name should be the User Name of the Person trying to execute the report.
