CRM 7.0 EHP2 Web Client UI Development Expert

Dieser 2-tägige Workshop präsentiert Technologien im Umfeld des CRM Web Client UI, die die Benutzerproduktivität und Benutzerzufriedenheit wesentlich steigern können. Dies sind u.a. geführte Aktivitäten, graphische Oberflächen (Nexus), Verbesserungen im Bereich Tabellenverarbeitung sowie weitere interessante Aspekte, Tipps und Ideen, wie Sie die tägliche Arbeit Ihrer Anwender intuitiver und angenehmer machen können.
Der Workshop wird ergänzend zum CRM Web Client UI Development Workshop angeboten.

CRM 7.0 EHP2 Web Client UI Development

Dieser 4-tägige Workshop erklärt das Framework sowie die Präsentationsschicht des CRM Web Client UI. Ein Schwerpunkt ist das Verständnis der technischen Grundlagen und der daraus resultierenden Erweiterungskonzepte. Sie erstellen Schritt für Schritt eigene UI Komponenten, welche über Customizing in die Oberfläche integriert werden. Neben typische Kundenerweiterungen an SAP Standardkomponenten werden auch Erweiterungen des Datenmodells (z.B. mittels. AET) behandelt.
Bitte beachten: Sie benötigen Entwicklungskenntnisse um an diesen Workshop teilnehmen zu können.

Authorization Concept in CRM 7.0 Web Client UI

In diesem 3-tägigen Workshop lernen die Teilnehmer, wie das Berechtigungskonzept im SAP CRM aufgesetzt werden kann. Nach allgemeinen Grundlagen des SAP Berechtigungskonzept liegt der Schwerpunkt auf den speziellen Berechtigungskonzepten im Web Client UI. Diese werden anhand vieler praktischer Übungen erarbeitet. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Workshops sind Grundlagen und Anwendungsbeispiele der Access Control Engine (ACE).

CRM 7.0 Pricing in an integrated ECC environment

Dieser 5-tägige Workshop vermittelt die Grundlagen der Preisfindung und Konditionstechnik in einer integrierten CRM- und ECC-Landschaft. Customizing und Einstellungen der Preisfindung inklusive Kundenerweiterungen werden zunächst im ECC getätigt (2 Tage), über die Middleware nach CRM übertragen und dort analog aufgesetzt, bzw. erweitert. Dies enthält auch die Umsetzung von Userexits von ECC (ABAP) nach CRM (Java), sowie Best Practices für Performance, Entwicklung, und Projektorganisation beim Thema Preisfindung. (3 Tage).
Bitte beachten: Teilnehmer mit tiefen Kenntnissen im Bereich der ECC Preisfindung können die ersten 2 Tage überspringen und den 3.-5. Workshoptag für den CRM Teil besuchen - CRM 7.0 Pricing in integrated ECC environment (CRM only).

Genil Component Development

Dieser 2-tägige Workshop erklärt den Generic Interaction Layer als Teil des Business Object Layers. Diese Architektur bildet eine zentrale Rolle in den zukünftigen Oberflächentechnologien der SAP.
Zum besseren Verständis der Konzepte erstellen wir Schritt für Schritt eine eigene Genil-Komponente. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt sind die Werkzeuge und wesentlichen Neuerungen mit EHP1 sowie neue Erweiterungskonzepte mit EHP2.
Bitte beachten: Sie benötigen Entwicklungskenntnisse um an diesen Workshop teilnehmen zu können.

CRM 7.0 Operating(nur als Vor-Ort Workshop)

Ziel des 2-tägigen Workshops ist, den für die Betreuung der SAP CRM Systeme verantwortlichen Basis-Beratern / -Mitarbeitern alle notwendigen Informationen und Werkzeuge für den sicheren und performanten Betrieb Ihres SAP CRM Systems im Normalbetrieb und in Ausnahmesituationen an die Hand zu geben.
Die CRM ABAP und Java Systemkomponenten, Anbindungen an ERP und BI Systeme, Web Services und Integration zum SAP Solution Manager werden behandelt und Kenntnisse mittels praktischer Übungen am System vertieft.
Diesen Workshop bieten wir aktuell nur als Vor-Ort (In-house) Workshop an.

Ort
Die Workshops finden in den Geschäftsräumen der SAP in 69190 Walldorf / 64625 Bensheim (ab Juli 2013), Deutschland statt.

Sprache
Falls die Sprache (z. B. GERMAN/Deutsch) nicht explizit in der Liste aufgeführt ist, so wird der Workshop bei Anwesenheit von nicht Deutsch sprechenden Teilnehmern Englisch sein. Das Workshopmaterial ist nur in Englisch verfügbar.

Preis
SAP berechnet pro Teilnehmer den o. g. regulären Festpreis zzgl. Umsatzsteuer.
Im Preis enthalten sind Workshopmaterial, Mittagessen und Systemzugriff. Die Teilnehmer arbeiten an Ihren persönlichen Notebooks. Hotelkosten und weitere Anreisekosten sind nicht im Preis enthalten.

Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass es sich bei unseren Workshops um eine Beratungsunterstützung handelt und daher eventuell bestehende Vereinbarungen zwischen Ihrem Haus und der SAP Schulungsabteilung bezüglich Preisminderung, Rabattierung o. ä. nicht berücksichtigt werden können.

CRM 7.0 EHP2 Web Client UI Development Expert

This 2-days workshop presents Web Client UI Technologies that will improve user productivity and satisfaction, such as guided activities, graphical tools (Nexus), improved table handling and other interesting features that will make the Web Client UI even more intuitive and appealing to your users.
This workshop is designed completive to the CRM Web Client UI Development workshop.
Please note: You will need developer skills to attend this workshop.

CRM 7.0 EHP2 Web Client UI Development

This 4-days workshop gives an introduction to the framework and the presentation layer of the CRM WebClient UI. We will cover the technical fundamentals as well as the corresponding enhancement concepts. Step by step you will develop own UI components which will be integrated to the user interface by customizing. In addition to typical customer-specific enhancements of SAP standard components also extensions of the data model are covered (e. g. via AET).
Please note: You will need developer skills to attend this workshop.

Authorization Concept in CRM 7.0 Web Client UI

In this 3-days workshop participants will learn how to set up authorizations in the Web Client UI. The workshop covers an introduction of SAP authorization basics, then focus on the CRM Web Client UI authorization concept with more practical use cases and best practice exercises. Additional focus will be on the Access Control Engine (ACE).

CRM 7.0 Pricing in an integrated ECC environment

This 5-days workshop covers the fundamentals of pricing and the set-up of pricing elements in  an integrated CRM and ECC landscape. Participants will get the full picture starting with setting up pricing in ECC Pricing (2 days), downloading and monitoring pricing related settings via CRM Middleware, and implementing Pricing in CRM to mirror the settings in ECC. This includes re-implementing userexits from ECC (ABAP) into CRM (Java), as well as best practices in terms of developing, performance, and project organization for pricing related topics.(3 days).
Please note: Participants with profound knowledge in ERP pricing can skip the first 2 days and join the workshop on day 3-5 for the CRM Part - CRM 7.0 Pricing in integrated ECC environment (CRM only).

Genil Component Development

This 2-days workshop presents the Generic Interaction Layer as part of the Business Object Layer. The architecture is a central part of future SAP UI technologies. To better understand the concepts you will build step by step an own Genil Component. The workshop especially focusses on tools, concepts and features of EHP1 as well as EHP2.
Please note: You will need developer skills to attend this workshop.

CRM 7.0 Operating

This 2-days workshop is targeted to system administrators and technology consultants operating a SAP CRM system landscape. Main objectives are to understand the architecture of the CRM system landscape, the necessary regular tasks as well as monitoring and troubleshooting. Another focus is performance identifying typical bottlenecks and tools for performance analysis. The workshop covers CRM ABAP and Java components, connectivity with ERP and BI, Web Services and integration with SAP Solution Manager. All topics are completed by practical exercises in the system.
This workshop is currently offered only as In-house Workshop.

Language:
If the language is not stated explicitly in the above list (e.g. GERMAN) the language is dependent from the participants. As soon as there are foreign participants the workshop language will be English. Material is only available in English.

Price:
For each participant SAP will charge the above mentioned fixed price, subject to statutory value-added tax.
The price comprises workshop material, lunch and system access. The participants have to bring along their own notebooks. Costs for accommodation or travel are not included.

We also point to the fact that our workshops are sold as consulting services and therefore possible agreements regarding price discounts between your company and therefore possible agreements regarding price discounts between your company and SAP Education will not considered. Our workshop fees are charged as offered and will not be affected by possible master consulting agreements.

In-house Workshops

Most of our workshops can be conducted In-house (at the customer's site) for a reasonable package price. This usually makes sense when exceeding the number of 8 participants. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more detailed information.
