30 seconds of recognition - 2010 edition
In 2011, SAP Mentor, SCN Moderator, and film buff Jim Spath is traveling to SAP TechEd in Bangalore India, so the SCNotties awards show is going on the road, too. As in the last 2 years, SAP Community Network members are encouraged to submit a short video telling about themselves and their community presence, with the opportunity for recognition and prizes.
The rules for 2011 are in flux, though here are a few guidelines to get started:
- Film/video yourself, and post the clips online. Link to them in this wiki space (see prior years 2009 and 2010 for examples).
- The length should be 30 seconds, although up to 2 minutes or so is allowed.
- Because this year's recognitions will be hosted in India, community members should have some connection there, either a citizen, working in India, or attending the TechEd conference.
- Categories will be finalized shortly; they may include music, cultural references, or other
- Please record audio in English; subtitles may be added if appropriate.
- There may be important tips or announcements via the Twitter account @SCNotties.
- This is not an official SAP sponsored event, though the SCN Team is assisting.
- Decisions of the judges are final. It's supposed to be fun, so relax.
- (EXTENDED) Deadline is 10-Oct-2011. Sooner is better than later!
- Follow @SCNotties or use hashtag #SCNotties on Twitter

It didn't have the flash and production values I would have liked to give it, but thanks!
You can comment on individual entries - if you feel so inclined (although really, mine is not worthy).
This is a Wiki! Up at the top, next to the title, is an Edit button.
Be careful as I know the keepers of Wikis are very awesome and powerful beings. (kidding). Edit away, just don't go and delete your competition.
Cheers,
Sue
