Where do I report a bug?

All bugs should be sent to sapnetwork@sap.com. This includes links that don't work, password resets and other account related problems (multiple accounts for the same email address, points assigned to the wrong account and similiar problems).

Whom should I contact if I have a question regarding the Content Submission System?

Any questions regarding the content submission system should be sent to SDNContent@sap.com

If I have a comment or suggestion where should I write it?

All comments, suggestions and improvement ideas regarding the SAP Developer Network and the Business Process Expert communities should be written in the Suggestions and Comments Forum.

I found what I believe to be a point hunter, whom can I notify?

Please write a mail with the details to sdn@sap.com. The matter will be looked into and if found to be true dealt with accordingly.

I found an example of unacceptable behavior on the site such as; plagarism, requests of copyrighted material, profanity, marketing, job solicitation etc. whom do I contact?

Please contact one of the moderators or report it to sdn@sap.com. If found in the forum the abuse button can be used.

I would like to praise another community member and bring them to the attention of the moderators.

If its forum related, the list of relevant moderators to contact can be found here while in the wiki there are 2 options: 1. Inform the moderators by usuing the notify moderator tab on the page you which to praise 2. Contact the relevant moderator, whose names can be found here. If the contribution is in another area you can always write a post in the suggestions & commnets forum.
