If release strategy is created with a certain name and documents are created with reference to it afterwards, this release strategy should be changed then, if and only if, a new name is assigned to it as well. In other words, if such a strategy is already used, it should be renamed before applying the desired changes.
Otherwise you will run into inconsistencies when trying to edit documents which were created before the strategy was changed, since the system at some point always checks the name of the strategy to be changed, not the content.
This does only happen for documents which have been created before the strategy was changed. As a solution, the referring entry sheets should therefore be deleted and created, then system will behave fully consistent again. There is no other correction option for this kind of error.
It is advisable to delete the effected service entry sheets and recreate them, this time there should be not inconsistency. Afterwards check table ESSR are they should then be correctly filled.
