Lead Management

The Lead Management ES bundle enables customers to connect and streamline business processes without being forced to have work arounds which cause additional efforts for all parties involved.

Because marketers often have to involve third parties for campaign execution (Lettershops, Agencys, Call Centers etc.), Lead Management is designed to spare the need to establish additional processes and work arounds which are costly and time consuming. With the Lead Management ES bundle it is no more necessary to enter Leads in two separate systems before further processing.

Audience

Leads are found in both the Business to Business and Business to Consumer business models. Leads are also relevant for both companies selling products or services, or both.

Future Directions

Depending on Customers requirements the bundle may be expanded to handle batch processing of leads rather than transactional based processing.
This would enable more efficient processing of very large amounts of leads, for example when a website collects 100,000 leads in a single minute because of a TV commercial during the Super Bowl or a World Cup Soccer match.
