Future of CRM

Format: 5 minute topic intro by SAP Mentor topic lead
15 minute "donnybrook" on topic with SAP mentors and CRM Product Management. SAP Mentor topic lead moderates discussion.
Donnybrook refers to a local public issues show on St. Louis public television that consisted of a moderator and four journalists. The moderator would introduce a topic and ask a panelist one question to start the discussion followed by the remaining panelists who would chime in.

Practical Workflow for SAP Book Release Celebration Webinar

In this session we will discuss the new book Practical Workflow for SAP, 2nd edition. In addition to discussing the book topic, we will discuss the process for the book writing. This book project included 14 authors, including 3 mentors. The authors are from 5 countries and include SAP development, solution management, consulting, as well as customers and partners. In addition to the 14 authors, we also had approximately 15 topic reviewers and content contributors. We will include our key learning's on virtual project collaboration, including deadline management, content collaboration, review process, managing royalty donation to non-profit, as well as tips to get you started on your book or virtual group project!

When should this solution be considered? When BI data resides in SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse.
When the business requirements are about highly visual interfaces with intuitive guided navigation for casual BI users: executives, managers and operational staff. Xcelsius dashboards are not designed for OLAP style analysis. For example, Xcelsius does not provide out-of-the-box visualizations for hierarchical data.
