SAP Support Desk for Android

Overview

SAP Support Desk is a mobile application that allow you to interact with the SAP Service Marketplace and the Active Global Support Organization, directly from your Android device .
The "app" allow to perform the following tasks:

  • Display your Customer Messages Inbox
  • Search and Display SAP Notes
  • Open and Book Remote Connections
  • Store User and Password for the remote support in the secure container
  • Contact SAP Customer Interaction Center Worldwide
  • Read SAP Hot News, Top Notes, etc. Via RSS Feeds

Availability

  • Free Application for Android phone or Android tablet
  • Your account (Service Marketplace User ID)  should be associated to an  Enterprise Support , MaxAttention or PSLE contract
