  • Champions the change management and strives to gain consensus around new process concepts and articulates the values of creating a process-centric organization
  • Helps define and identify business metrics and performance metrics to provide continuous business process improvement cycles
  • Creates standards and leading practices across organizations
  • Determines governance process
  • Spearheads Process Center of Excellence
  • Defines methodologies that assist organization in cultural change (process-centric orientation)
  • Builds consensus and coalitions

Business Process Analyst
  • Proficient in modeling and diagrams and uses business process modeling tools
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities
  • Is adept/certified in some methodologies (Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Methodology)
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Provides educational workshops around methodolgies, leading practices, suitable technologies
  • Translates requirements between business and IT
  • Manages repository of services and models

Enterprise Architect
  • Alignment of IT strategy and planning with company's business goals.
  • Optimisation of information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities.
  • Long-term strategic responsibility for the company's IT systems.
  • Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows. Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
  • Work with Solution Architects to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synch with everchanging business needs.
  • Management of the risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.
  • Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise.

  • Manage workstream risks including the development of contingency plans
  • Identify and manage any workstream dependencies
  • Identify and secure all resources required to produce the deliverables including people, system environments and services
  • Manage changes to the plan/the deliverables including required sign off of the changes
  • Report through agreed reporting lines on project process through status and phase end reports
  • Identify and manage corrective action required to stay on plan when problems arise
  • Identify and obtain any support required for the management, planning and control of the workstreams
