Including defining the correct IT enablement (remember that IT is key enabler of process innovation).
The BPM anatomy will support you in this - the BPM Anatomy consists of Methodology, Content, Governance, BPM Tools and Skills. We also need to remember that we are dealing with 4 Life cycles when implementing a Process Innovation Project "Virtual Community Power Plant Process".
