What are some of the accomplishments of this heroine?
Gail is a highly experienced and skilled IT professor who has joined the UA team to support the UA program for all of the USA. Through layoff we lost her counterpart role for Canada and we added the responsibility for the new University Alliances community. Gail saw the value in this new technology and embraced it with enthusiasm and intelligence that assisted greatly in winning over some scepticism and doubts in the team.
