Bio Jen Robinson runs the Emerging Solutions function in COO Cross-Board Area Process Delivery. ES works to enable better knowledge management across SAP through the introduction of emerging technologies. Jen joined SAP in May 2007 as a Solution Architect in Global Business Ops -> Knowledge Management Competency Center. She studied Computer Science at the University of Chicago, and has worked as a software engineer, technical team lead, and solution architect.
