I have been working on SAP HR for a very long time. My area of expertise is Organization management, Personnel Development, Management by Objectives and Compensation management.
I have worked in different roles starting with a configurator and moving to managing projects. I have worked on Global projects as well as local projects in the US.
I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) and also a Global Professional in HR (GPHR). I am also SAP HR certified.
