Since 1994 I have been documenting software and hardware for a variety of companies. The kinds of things I have documented include:

• VLSI audio controllers and modems for a fab-less semiconductor manufacturer and their accompanying "proof-of-concept" applications
• DSL multiplexers and the accompanying management software
• CRM software
• Enterprise-wide data back up and recovery software

A native of the San Francisco bay area, I first worked for a start up in the Silicon Valley. One IPO later I began my quest for the perfect employer. I now work for SAP AG in Germany documenting primarily the user management engine (UME) as part of the Security and Identity Management team.
