Ramakrishna Potluri

Ramki is a Director of Product management at SAP and product owner for Strategic sourcing, contract management and procure-to-pay scenarios in SAP SRM. Ramki has more than 14 years experience in Business Applications field including 12 years in SAP. Prior to this, he had about 5 years experience in all materials management functions in Automobile Industry which enabled him to learn and become an expert in supply chain processes. The consulting experience at IBM and SAP brought multi-industry flavour to his experience making him a seasoned professional in both process consulting and product consulting across verticals. He has woked as a Business Consultant and provided his expertise to customers of all sizes across verticals in Asia Pacific and Europe. Ramki holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Finance from XLRI, India.

Ramki's current focus area is SAP SRM. He helps customers, partners, consultants and SAP teams in delivering successful SRM implementations in Asia Pacific and Japan region. He strongly believes that the potential of SAP SRM is yet to be tapped fully by customers and there is a huge latent demand for SRM in the market ready to be exploited.  

Ramki believes that a consultant should strive to delight the customer by delivering more than the customer expectations. Continuous learning, maintaining a rich knowledge base of past experiences and leveraging the knowledge base should help a consultant in achieving customer delight.
