I've occupied just about every role there is in Technical Training and Consultant Certification - Instructor, Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, Training Center Manager, and now, Community Manager and Web Content Strategist. I've also worked in the field as an SAP Technical Consultant myself and have spoken in that role at conferences, seminars, and web events.
