I have worked in the Information System area for over 20 years. I have held positions from technician through Chief Technical Officer. In 1998, I implemented SAP R/3 as a customer. I later provided SAP and Systems consulting to a number of SAP implementations. In 2001, I joined SAP America as a Systems Consultant. During this period, my projects primarily consisted of Ramp-Ups. Being part of the roll-out of products from the consulting perspective led me to joining the Product Management team in SAP Labs in 2006.
